The onboard microprocessor automatically synchronizes the clock to the reference signal input. The reference signal inputs processed in the standard PMC configuration include IRIG A and B, NASA 36, and 1 PPS. Additionally, the clock can be set using commands from the host computer, and the onboard oscillator can be freely run using it as a time reference.
